CRABBY
DAY

Crabby Day is an AI-directed animated short about a hermit crab whose shell cracks, sending him off across the beach and into the sea to find a new home — chased by a gull, dwarfed by a giant red crab, and finally setting up in half a coconut.

The challenge was character consistency in animation: one small, expressive lead holding the same design from wide beach shots to underwater close-ups, with timing and sound design doing the comedy.
