A self-initiated AI spec commercial built to the language of a fragrance campaign — two characters, one horse, and a rose-pink desert shot entirely into the sun.

The work sits on character consistency: both leads and the horse were developed as locked identities via reference sheets before a single frame of the film was generated, which is what allows the cut to move between wide, mid and close coverage without the faces shifting. Grading leans on heavy backlight, lens flare and analogue grain to pull the imagery away from the clean digital look that reads as AI, toward something closer to 35mm campaign photography.
